Creating Balance through the Nourishing Power of Gems

What is the Transcendental Meditation technique?

The Transcendental Meditation (TM®) technique, founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, is a simple, natural, effortless practice that allows the mind to experience a quiet, calm state of expanded alertness, while the body enjoys deep rest and rejuvenation. TM is easy to learn, and is practiced 20 minutes twice a day sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. Regular practice of the TM technique produces positive effects in all areas of life.
